Service terms
Last updated November 4, 2026
These terms apply when you buy a StoreSetter service. “We” means William Vazquez, operating StoreSetter (Blue Monday), Miami, Florida. “You” means the client.
1. Scope
Each package includes exactly what is listed on the Services page or in your written quote. Anything else is extra work, which we’ll quote before starting.
2. Payment
Payment is due upfront through a secure Stripe payment link. Prices are in US dollars. Work begins once payment and your completed questionnaire are received.
3. Turnaround
Delivery times are in business days from the day we receive both payment and your completed questionnaire. If we need missing information, the clock pauses until you send it.
4. Revisions
Each package includes the number of revision rounds listed. A round is one consolidated set of changes, requested within 14 days of delivery, that stays within the original scope. New content or a change in direction is new work.
5. Your materials and facts
You confirm you have the right to share what you send us. Policy and FAQ copy is written from the facts you give us; you’re responsible for checking it is accurate and complies with laws and platform rules that apply to your shop. We don’t provide legal advice.
6. Access to your shop
We never ask for your main password. Where setup is included, you invite us as a staff or collaborator user, and you can remove that access at any time.
7. Refunds
If you cancel before we start work, you get a full refund. Once work has started, we refund any part not yet delivered. If a delivery doesn’t match the package scope and we can’t fix it within the included revisions, you get a refund for that package. Refund requests go through the contact form.
8. Ownership
When you’ve paid in full, you own the final deliverables written or made for you, and may use and edit them for your business. We keep our general know-how and our templates and may reuse non-client-specific structures. We may describe the work in our portfolio only with your permission.
9. AI-assisted drafting
We may use AI tools to help draft. Every deliverable is reviewed against your facts. Tell us before work starts if you require a no-AI workflow; if we can’t accommodate it, we’ll say so before taking payment.
10. No guarantees
We improve how your shop presents and answers customers. We don’t guarantee sales, rankings or platform approval.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
